This upcoming beer drop belongs in a category all its own! We got together with @livinghausbeer from Portland to do a scientific study on the process of brewing great beer. Our two breweries exemplify two stylistic classifications along the west coast: trendy lager beers of the PNW and innovative San Diego hop-forward crushers.⁠
