You’ll taste the influence of the juice masters at Great Notion paired with the unmistakable Burgeon approach to this delicious style.

Western Grit IPA collaboration with West Bound & Down
Our latest IPA takes you from pines to palms in a visual, aromatic, and gustatory exploration of hops inspired by the western landscapes between us & our good friends in Colorado at West Bound & Down Brewing Company. Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Chinook offer the perfect balance of subtle dankness next to tropical fruit flavors bursting from heavy doses of Mosaic & Citra. An approachable Vienna malt profile provides a massively crushable body that doesn’t mask the tasty hints we get of grapefruit, lemon, and passionfruit.
