• Wednesday-Friday: 3-7pm
• Saturday-Sunday: 12-6pm

Located at 649 Rock Springs Road, “The Oasis” will be Burgeon’s first completely outdoor tasting facility equipped with 15 taps and a pilot brewing system. We have the privilege of expanding into the space previously occupied by our friends at Escondido Brewing Company, adjacent to the iconic, family-owned Escondido Feed & Pet Supply. We were saddened by the news of their decision to close earlier this year, but after learning of their interest in having Burgeon occupy the space, we are honored to carry out their legacy by bringing craft beer of the highest quality to Escondido.

“The proximity of this new facility to major Highways 78 & 15, in addition to being located within walking distance of Escondidio’s downtown train & bus station, gives us the opportunity to expand our presence in North County and connect with a greater community of San Diego county,” says Burgeon co-founder Matthew Zirpolo. “The distance of The Oasis from our brewery & taproom in Carlsbad allows us to bring Burgeon beer close to home for our current fans in Escondido and connect with a new audience of craft beer drinkers.” We believe that there is a beer for everyone, and it is our mission to serve independently and locally brewed craft beer to this new neighborhood.

Surrounded by industrial and residential neighborhoods, our goal is to literally and figuratively transform the patio into an oasis in this highly visible area that currently has little access to high quality craft beer. “We have wanted to open a completely outdoor beer drinking experience since we launched Burgeon in 2016,” says Zirpolo, “and we plan to shape the space using the signature lush greenery and gleaming, reclaimed cedar tables that adorn our Carlsbad brewery.” The Oasis will have ample room between tables to create a safe environment during the current climate, and local food partners will be joining us while we’re open, Wednesday - Sunday.

Our roots run deep in this part of San Diego; all three of Burgeon’s co-founders were born and raised in North County, and many of our team members reside in Escondido. From inception Burgeon's mission has been to give back to our local community and promote environmentally sustainable practices, all while creating a meticulously crafted product of the highest quality. We are excited to branch out and establish new roots in a community that is near and dear to our hearts.
