Come join us for a delightful evening at Burgeon at The Greenhouse! Indulge in a unique dining experience featuring a specially curated 5 course menu by our talented Burgeon at the Arbor Chef Alex Diaczenko paired with a selection of Burgeon flagship and limited-edition beers. We've partnered with Ecolife Conservation Aquaponics Farm to source sustainable ingredients that will be featured in several of the dinner courses. Course 1: Fall Panzanella with roasted butternut squash, baby kale, red onion, pear, brussel sprouts, sourdough bread, topped with a peach vinaigrette, toasted pepitas, and goat cheese.
Course 2: Corn Chowder topped with pepitas, panchetta, and chili oil.
Course 3: Halibut with roasted beets, aji amarillo sauce, micro arugula, shaved fennel, and beet greens.
Course 4: Beer-Braised Pork Belly with sweet potato puree, mustard caviar, pickled apple, pistachio, with a pomegranate gastrique.
Final Course: Pumpkin Praline Bread Pudding
