High Key – Fresh Hop XPA⁠
We teamed up with our longtime friends at @junelakebrewing for this one, and the result is anything but lowkey. Brewed with FRESH whole cone Chinook, Strata, Mosaic, Citra Incognito, Krush, and Simcoe. Crisp, vibrant, and dripping with citrus and resin, it’s light on its feet but full of flavor, like a mixtape of everything we love about fresh hop season. 🎶⁠

Same Day Service – Fresh Hop IPA⁠
Straight from the bine to the brewhouse! FRESH whole cone Chinook (thanks to our friends @indiehops and @colemanagriculture!) are harvested, flown down, and brewed all in the same day! Then we added loads of Chinook, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Incognito for an IPA bursting with pine and citrus that really does arrive as fast as its name. ✈️⁠

Grow All Out – DDH IIPA⁠
A returning fan-favorite double westie. Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Simcoe, and Tropical Fusion (an experimental in-field hop blend) layer bold, fruit-forward flavor into a beer that embodies what Burgeon is all about: to grow, flourish, and go all out. 🤘🌱⁠
