Inspired by the shared never-ending quest to brew the best hoppy beers that we can, this double dry hopped westie is the culmination of our collective efforts and the perfect equilibrium of our mutual hop-centric origins and pursuits. Song of Symmetry pushes the limits of aroma & flavor, with balanced doses of Mosaic, Strata, & Nelson summoning notes of sweet candied fruit right out of the glass, stacked with sweet pineapple, tangerine, citrus, and subtle berry. Take this dynamic hop journey with us THIS Friday 11/3, as we celebrate the art of craft brewing with our community! See you then!â

Since our Alpine friends @mcilhenneybrewing have a long-held reputation for killinâ it with the NZ hops, we knew we had to jump on the opportunity to brew & pioneer together on something a little different with our tried-and-true favorite AND exciting new hop productsâshoutout to our @freestylehops friends! Nelson, Nectaron, & Nelson SubZero Hop Kief are packed in to give this bright hoppy pils a full load of tropical notes with fresh kiwi & passionfruit, riesling grape, and just a touch of dankness. Chilly Bin (New Zealand slang for cooler) shows off the rad collaboration & innovation that happens when we all bond over the same thingâmaking (and drinking) great beer!
