VARIANT 1: Depth Imperial Stout collaboration with Moksa Brewing conditioned on coconut, vanilla, and cacao!⠀

Aged for 12 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, Depth is an immersive, luxurious Imperial Stout magnified by the addition of raw coconut, toasted coconut, vanilla beans, and cacao nibs. This 11.5% collaboration with our good friends at Moksa is the fifth course in our Anniversary Beer Dinner and is included in your ticket if you select the Rare Beer & Dessert pairing.⠀

VARIANT 2: Depth Imperial Stout collaboration with Moksa Brewing conditioned on delicious maple syrup and rich Mostra coffee after it rested for 12 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
Both Depth Variants 1 and 2 will go LIVE for the online pre-sale on Tuesday, January 12 at 2 PM, $25 each, limit 2 per person of each version. Pre-ordered bottles will be available for pickup in Carlsbad starting Friday, Jan 15, and will also be available for Shipping to CA as a set.
