Clocked out, dialed in. Brewer Brian’s first beer is ready to roll with that “leave the phone in the truck and disappear for a while” kind of energy. Built with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, and Simcoe Cryo, this westie brings bright citrus up front with a little dank bite following, finishing crisp at 6.8%. Take it somewhere your phone doesn’t matter and crack one. You’re done for the day.⁠

Back in rotation and coming in hot with @alvaradostreetbrewery. Loaded up with Mosaic in every iteration we could throw at it. Cryo, Incognito, Hyperboost, Quantum Brite…if there’s a new way to mess with hops, it probably found its way in here. This 8.5% hop bomb is saturated with punchy tropical notes, layered citrus, and a firm, resinous finish. A nod to how far hop tech has come, and a reason to keep pushing it.⁠
