We’re bringing back a single-hop classic just in time for the holidays! Keep It Nelson is hopped to the brim with one of our favorites–thanks to @freestylehops –and bursts with fruity tropical notes of passionfruit, gooseberry, tangerine, and a touch of that beloved Nelson Sauv Blanc vibe. It’s rad to see (and taste!) the nuances expressed by a singular hop, and this one doesn’t disappoint, folks, with its refreshingly bright and punchy character. One of our favorite previously draft-only double IPAs is making an appearance in CANS! 🪵 Timber! is dangerously drinkable at 8.1% with a soft body, balanced finish, and hop-focused flavors & aromas of berries & tangerine, coming ‘atcha from heaps of HBC 586, Simcoe, Centennial, & Strata. This brew serves as a tribute to the beautiful reclaimed wood from the 2003 Cedar Fire that we get the privilege to give a second life to in our taprooms and reminds us to always burgeon in our craft & in our community.
