We'll let the brewer's notes take it on this one: "Elevate your senses to stratospheric levels with billowing clouds of tart, fruity goodness, courtesy of Cloud Nine. Representing what we have come to expect and love from NZ centric brews, unmistakable notes of white wine, passionfruit, and blackberry lead the charge. Taste is reminiscent of an airy Sauv Blanc with complex layers of tart candy, lime peel, citrus-leaning passionfruit, and subtle pineapple. Bitterness is near-perfect in balance, mimicking a slightly tannic wine quality that compliments its sweet, fruity nature. In flies a guy who's all dressed up like the Union Jack.
