We partnered up with @Hopsteiner to brew this 5.9% West Coast Pilsner that focuses especially on a new varietal from their breeding program called Alora. It imparts distinct citrus character, including Calamondin oranges & yuzu. Since this hop is also very high in bound 3MH thiols, it gives Alora Aura dynamic tropical fruit, passion fruit, and citrusy aromas & flavors.â

For our @Hollingberyhops collab, we selected two newer experimental varietals to highlight in this 5.2% XPAâ-Tangier & Zumoâ-exclusively grown by @segalhopranch, (who is also the creator of Anchovy hops). Sunny Showcase draws tangerine & orange from Tangier & lime zest from Zumo for a beer that is bright, citrusy, zesty, & crisp.â
