Brewed to mark two years at the Grove, this 6.6% DDH IPA plants its roots in Vista. Mosaic, Nectaron Cryo, Strata CGX, and Simcoe (plus a hit of Simcoe Dynaboost) come together for a bright, saturated hop profile that feels equal parts sun-soaked and freshly pulled from the soil. Expect punchy citrus, ripe tropical layers, and that resinous snap that keeps everything grounded and crisp.⁠
