5th Anniversary Releases: Chief Greens, Prime Five, and Smolder!
Prime Five Experimental Hazy IPA, Chief Greens Fresh Hop IPA, and Smolder Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout will be available at our Fifth Anniversary Invitational on Saturday, January 15!
Ticket holders have first access to these new cans & bottle releases, and we'll share about the availability of all new beers after the Jan 15 event.
Prime Five Hazy IPA collab with @freestylehops! • NEW YEAR, NEW HOP, NEW BEER! In celebration of our 5th Anniversary, our thirst for adventure led us to source an experimental ingredient from the most extraordinary place on earth: New Zealand. Prime Five is a juicy IPA loaded with "Kohia Nelson," an innovative new botanical hop blend consisting of equal parts Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, NZ Cascade, Wakatu, and dried Kohia Passion Fruit.
Chief Greens Fresh Hop IPA collab with @yakimachief! • BUT HOWWWWW did we get our hands on fresh hops in the winter? The brilliant folks at YCH & Wyckoff Farms figured out a way to flash-freeze hops immediately after harvest, perfectly preserving the integrity of the hop cone & allowing us to share the magic of fresh hop season with you on our Fifth Anniversary. Brewed with lupulin-loaded Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe whole cone wet hops!
Smolder Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout! • Smolder is a blend of Imperial Stouts that each aged for up to 3 years in a combination of Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels before conditioning on Cacao, Coffee, Vanilla, and Cinnamon. Bottles will be $25 each and will be released exclusively at our Anniversary Invitational. We'll also be pouring it on draft until the keg kicks!
