Triple Can Release: Tinnies, Sapling, & Twin Fin
Your favorite smiley face can is back! 😊 We had to brew this one again in 2024, because we know y’all can’t get enough of these XPA’s! And who could blame ya? Everything you love about an IPA, but in a brighter, lighter, lower ABV package.
Tinnies is a rad collab that we first did last year with our friends from Down Under @balterbrewers, who brought with them this regional beer style and their Aussie slang (it’s in the name). Coming in at a crushable 5.3%, Tinnies gets its bright, hop-forward character from solid doses of Riwaka, Mosaic Cryo, HBC 586, & Strata. Available at all our spots on Friday 3/8 !
🌱 The FIRST beer we ever brewed for the FIRST time in cans!! You asked, we listened. Over 7 years after our Hoppy Rye Amber Ale first flowed from the taps in Carlsbad, we have finally put it in cans, so you crack open a cold one at home! 🙌
Sapling is our take on a classic style with a little West Coast hop influence (because, duh 💁♀️), with Mosaic & Cascade bringing a fruity & floral hop presence, perfectly balanced with malty caramelly sweetness & honey biscuit notes and a crisp finish. Come by Friday 3/8 for a pint AND grab a 4-pack from any of our taprooms! Also available online.
Two is better than one and this West Coast Pilsner delivers on that promise with punchy Nectaron & Simcoe hops that give this refreshing crusher notes of peach, citrus, melon, and an undertow of pine. Craft malts & Pilsner yeast round out this dual-hop brew into a bright & crisp Pils with a super clean finish. Twin Fin will be pouring fresh & available in cans at all our spots THIS Friday, 3/8! 🏄♂️
